No. Searching, opening a public asset, turning the model and reading what the equipment is are all free — the library is the demonstration. Credits begin where the engineering content begins: components, operating states, deviations and safeguards.

It depends on the source: its size, how many parts the assembly holds, the geometry you need out the other end, the target platform and any material, UV or level-of-detail work. Upload the model and the estimate is calculated from the file itself rather than guessed from a description.

No. An estimate is shown before anything is committed, and credits are then held rather than deducted while the job runs. A job that fails returns its hold automatically, and a finished job can only ever charge the figure you approved or less.

No. Unlocking an asset or activating a training module charges once and opens for the access period shown. A viewer that billed per view would teach people not to look, which is the opposite of what an equipment library is for.

Team and enterprise accounts hold a single organisation balance, with visibility of which member and which product consumed what, optional per-member limits and a low-balance alert.

No. Credits are non-refundable once bought, and they are not exchangeable for money. That is separate from a job going wrong: credits held against work that fails are released back to your balance automatically, because they were never spent — you do not have to ask, and no charge appears in your history for work that did not happen. UK and EU consumers keep their statutory cancellation right, which is set out in the terms.

No. TechPHA is a Techcopter product with its own platform and its own pricing, and it is not billed against this balance.
